Creamy Guacamole Dip


2 avacados (fully ripe, peeled and pitted)

1 cup Kemps Sour Cream

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (1 large lime)

1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

1/4 cup red or yellow onion (finely chopped)

1 small clove garlic (finely chopped)

1 small tomato (chopped)

1 small jalapeno chile (chopped)

1/4 teaspoon salt

Dash black pepper

Tortilla Chips




  1. In a large bowl, mash avocados with fork.
  2. Combine with Kemps Sour Cream (may use food processor).
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Serve with tortilla chips.
