Chocolate Milk Pancakes
Ingredients: Serves 4 people
1 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups Kemps Select Chocolate Milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mixed berries
In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix Kemps chocolate milk and eggs. Use a whisk if available.
Slowly add the liquid ingredients into the mixed bowl of flour until lumpy and wet. Then stir in the chocolate chips
On medium heat, pour 1/2 cup batter onto skillet and cook until bubbly. Each pancake should take about 2 minutes on each side.Top with berries and whip cream.
