Golden Egg Nog Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 14 Tbsp butter, room temperature
- 2 cups plus
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup Kemps Golden EggNog
- 2 cups plus
- 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
- 1 2/3 cups pastry or cake flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and mix until completely mixed.
- Add Kemps Golden EggNog and pumpkin and blend completely.
- Add dry ingredients all at once and blend until just mixed.
- Pour into two 9-inch greased loaf pans and bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 2 loaves (18-20 servings)
