Pineapple Melon Cottage Cheese Parfait
- 1/2 cup Kemps cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple and honeydew melon
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey
Strawberry Shortcake Cottage Cheese Parfait
- 1/2 cup Kemps cottage cheese
- 2-3 strawberries, sliced
- 1-2 shortbread cookies broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup
Raspberry Mocha Cottage Cheese Parfait
- 1/2 cup Kemps cottage cheese
- 1-2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Fresh raspberries
- Chocolate chunks
- Kemps whipped cream to serve
How to
Pineapple Melon Cottage Cheese Parfait
Build parfait by spooning half of the cottage cheese into a glass or jar, followed by half of granola and fruit. Repeat to form 2 layers. Top with more fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
Strawberry Shortcake Cottage Cheese Parfait
Build parfait by spooning half of the cottage cheese into a glass or jar, followed by half of the strawberries, cookie pieces, and a little syrup. Repeat to form 2 layers. Top with more berries and sauce.
Raspberry Mocha Cottage Cheese Parfait
Blend cottage cheese, espresso powder, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar in a mini blender or food processor until smooth. Spoon half of cottage cheese mixture into a glass or jar, followed by half of the raspberries and chocolate chunks. Repeat to form 2 layers and top with a little whipped cream.
