Cottage Cheese BLT Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup Kemps® cottage cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Chopped chives
  • Black pepper

How to

  1. Build bowls by dividing mixed greens into 2 shallow bowls
  2. Top each with a half of the cottage cheese, bacon, and sliced tomatoes
  3. Drizzle each with balsamic and sprinkle with black pepper and chives to serve
  4. Enjoy!
