Chocolate Almond Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kemps® cottage cheese
  • 1 banana, cut into pieces and frozen
  • 2/3 cup Kemps® whole chocolate milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

How to

  1. Add all ingredients to the base of a blender
  2. Blend on medium speed until smooth
  3. Pour into a tall glass to serve, and enjoy!
