Cilantro Lime Crema
1 cup Kemps Restaurant Style Sour Cream
¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons freshly grated lime zest
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon minced fresh garlic
¼ teaspoon coarsely ground salt
In 2-cup bowl combine all ingredients; whisk until well blended.
Cover; refrigerate until served. Suggested uses: serve drizzled or spooned over tacos, enchiladas, burritos, salads, quesadillas, soups, chili, etc
