Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup Kemps® cottage cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- Balsamic glaze
- Chopped chives
- Black pepper
How to
- Build bowls by dividing mixed greens into 2 shallow bowls
- Top each with a half of the cottage cheese, bacon, and sliced tomatoes
- Drizzle each with balsamic and sprinkle with black pepper and chives to serve
