1 20 oz. bag frozen waffle fries
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 pkg taco seasoning + water
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
lettuce, tomatoes, olives, scallions, avocado
Kemps® Restaurant Style Sour Cream
Bake waffle fries according to package instructions.
Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet breaking up with a wooden spoon until cooked through. Stir in taco seasoning and water according to the taco packet instructions.
Top baked waffle fries with cheese and seasoned beef. Put back in the oven just until the cheese is melted. Top with desired fresh ingredients, and drizzle with Kemps® Restaurant Style Sour Cream.
