Holiday Herbed Mashed Potatoes
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” cubes
3/4 cup Kemps Milk
4 Tbsp butter
2 cup Kemps Sour Cream
2 tsp roasted garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp fresh parsley
Salt to taste
Peel and cut potatoes into 1″ cubes in large pot. Cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes.
While potatoes simmer, heat milk and butter in small saucepan. Set aside until potatoes are done.
Drain potatoes in colander, return to dry pot and mash (creamy or partially mashed). Whisk hot milk/butter slowly into potatoes.
Stir in Kemps Sour Cream, basil, parsley and salt to taste.
