Creamed Corn Pudding

1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 pt. (8 oz) Kemps Half & Half
12 oz frozen white or yellow corn, thawed
4 eggs well beaten
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
- Dissolve cornstarch in Half & Half; then add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a buttered 9×13” casserole dish. Set casserole dish in another pan of water so that water level is about 1/2 way up the top of the casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325ᵒF.
