Rocky Road Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kemps cottage cheese
  • ΒΌ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (e.g. honey)
  • Small Marshmallows
  • Slivered Almonds

How to

  1. Combine Kemps cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a blender until smooth
  2. Pour blended cottage cheese into freezer-safe container
  3. Mix in a handful of slivered almonds and marshmallows
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours
  5. Scoop and top with additional almonds and marshmallows
